Visting the Bunny

Anna was excited to see the Easter Bunny. Oliver...well, not so much!

Tired guy

Oliver was so patient today at the mall...he was SO tired waiting for the egg hunt to begin but he never got cranky. What a sweet little boy we have!

Egg-stravaganza

We ran in to Anna's friend Jack at the Mall today. What a nice surprise to see him there!

Fun at the park

Anna's play date got canceled so we all headed to the park. It was chilly but fun - we had the whole place to ourselves.

Pouting

We see this far too often these days. Here's Anna, not wanting to put on socks. Yup, we're awful, wicked parents.

Lately Anna is really in to having her picture taken - and I'm more than happy to oblige! She looked so beautiful outside in the late afternoon sun.

Spring-like day

We had fun last weekend playing outside.

Just like Mommy

Anna and I had so much fun playing dress-up with my old dance costumes that we found in the basement the other day. Plus, Anna tried on my Easter dress from when I was her age (she has much longer legs!) and my red dress I wore on my 5th birthday. I added the pictures from when I wore the same things for comparison. What fun we had! And Anna LOVES my old cowgirl boots! She rushes home from school and slips them on each day.

Tough guy...

Oliver was climbing a doll house, car in hand when he fell and hurt his eye. Poor baby! It looks awful though he doesn't seem to mind it one bit.

When did Anna get so grown up?? And so darn tall!

Another double take

Spaghetti is really, really good...and super, SUPER messy, especially when you're 19+ months old!

So quiet..

It was so quiet the other morning...this is what I found. Adorable!

Snow Party!

Last fall Anna started talking about having a snow party...and she hasn't stopped talking about it since! So, finally, we had the much anticipated event. We couldn't have had a more beautiful day. It was a lot of fun! We made snowmen, watched the snowman movie, found puzzle pieces and assembled a giant snowman puzzle, drank hot chocolate and ate snowman cupcakes. Thanks everyone for making Anna's vision reality!

Reading to Buttons

Anna has been reading to her loveys lately...it's adorable!

Watching Thomas (aka choo choo)

Oliver loves watching Thomas the Train and will even hand us the remote and say (repeatedly, "Choo Choo!" He gets in a trance watching it. Here he is, completely in the moment.
