Geode

Anna has a rock collection and this weekend she got a geode. Tonight she cracked it open. What fun! At first she was nervous about the hammer, but she got in on the action!

Dirty boy

Oliver is nearly impossible to keep clean. He hates wearing a bib - he rips it off constantly! That's turkey dinner on his shirt. He loves to crawl, through the dirt, the grass - whatever! Here he is pulling grass and letting it fall. He LOVES being outside. Keeping him clean is SO HARD!!!

Anna's 2nd first day

Today was Anna's first full day at school...we sent her off with very mixed emotions. She's so brave and sweet. She was excited but I think a little nervous. She had a great day and already has some new friends. I'm so proud of her. I have to admit it breaks my heart a bit seeing how grown up she is though...

Mazza's corn maze

We had a good time exploring the corn maze...we got SO lost. Anna loved leading the way and Oliver enjoyed riding in the backpack.

He never stops

Oliver NEVER stops exploring, moving, babbling and causing trouble. He was quite, for a second and then I heard giggling...I turned around and the napkin I had wiped up water with (from his bottle he turned upside down to watch drip) was being shredded. ARHGHGHGHGH! He sure is a busy little guy!

Exploring the cave in Stowe

Anna was scared of the cave - she did NOT want to go in. Ozzy seemed game, but he wasn't big enough to go on his own and Daddy had to climb/crawl in so we all waited while he explored.

Anna's open house (her first, first day of school)

Both kids love Grampy's piano.

Grampy's bday shoot

We already had a great photo of Anna for Grampy's birthday and we wanted to get on of Ozzy as well...here as some favorites.

Video of Anna and Daddy @ the VT Balloon Rally

Check out this video!

Surprise Visit to the VT Balloon Rally

Abby surprised me, Anna, and Oliver when I got home from work by taking us to the VT Balloon Rally. She knows I love balloons. I am waiting for Anna to turn 8 to be able to go on a full ride. Anna and I did go on a tethered ride in the ReMax Balloon. It was great. Amazing feeling. Anna was able to stand on the gas tank so she was easily able to see out.
