Girl in the City: At the Aquarium?

Yeah, I know... No pictures of Anna. By the time we made it to the New England Aquarium, Anna really wasn't feeling well. Every time I asked if I could get a picture of her with something, she said, "no maybe later." I knew she really wasn't feeling well when she was shivering (she calls is, sugaring), inside. We didn't stay too long. Anna's favorites were the penguins, turtles, sting rays, and the blue spined unicorn fish. Anna wanted me to take a picture of the big turtle.

Girl in the City: At the Hotel

Anna LOVES hotels. This was her first time sleeping overnight in a full-sized, big-girl bed. She usually sleeps in a toddler bed. The hotel was historic and beautiful. Its restaurant is the longest, continuously operating restaurant in the U.S. and the creator of Boston cream pie. The hotel was the first in Boston to have an elevator and both hot and cold running water. Unfortunately, Anna got a fever at night. She did like the room. When we checked in, before I could say another word, she had her suitcase unpacked. She wanted to, "get everything ready."

Girl in the City: Anna over the City

Anna went to the Prudential building and took an elevator the the top. She was quite amazed, but very tired. She wanted to see our hotel but it was block by a skyscraper. We did see Boston Common, Boston Logan Airport, and the ocean.

Girl in the City: Anna Hits the Streets

Anna took the "T", Boston's subway. She also walked around the city and saw some big buildings. She was amazed. Here she is in front of the Boston Public Library.

Girl in the City: Anna at the Boston Children's Museum

Anna and Daddy went to the Boston Children's Museum. She made bubbles, created electricity by turning a crank, climbed in a tent, played in Arthur's (TV show) kitchen (her favorite part), cut my hair and had her hair cut at a barber shop, and climbed through some construction pipe. She did that and much more. I think she was overwhelmed, but had a good time.

Anna is a Merry-Go-Rounder

Anna loves merry-go-rounds. We stopped at the Rockingham mall to stretch our legs and they have a big merry-go-round. Anna had to take it for a ride.

Oliver's laugh is contagious!

Frosty

Anna has been itching to make a snowman all winter. Today the snow was perfect! Isn't he terrific? Anna loved him so much she kept hugging him!

Snow Angel

Anna loved playing outside in the snow today...and it was beautiful out!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Ozzy's hospital stay

You can tell how impressed he was...our poor baby was so sick! We're so happy he's all better and back to smiling once again.

Colchester Winter Carnival

Mommy and Anna went to the Winter Carnival in Colchester. It was really cold out that day but we still had fun. Anna loved the pony ride (on Sprinkles) and playing with their play dough. It had purple glitter in it!!

Ozzy and his doll

Ozzy sure loves his dolly! It makes him smile and laugh whenever he sees it.

Observation Day @ Ballet

It was observation day at ballet. We watched Anna twirl, jump (sort of), plie and tendu. We were really impressed. Her teacher, Ms. Mel, said Anna has made much progress this year.

The boys

I love this shot of my two handsome guys...I'm a lucky lady.
Not only is my hubby good looking, he's also creative and romantic. Today he woke me with breakfast in bed and new magazines (one of my favorite things -I love Hollywood trash!). AND it was his day to sleep in! Yup, I'm one lucky lady.
