Wild Ride!

Oliver went for his first sledding ride this year while Anna and Mommy went to see "Tangled," at the movie theater.

Lately when Oliver doesn't want his picture taken he says, "no cheese, mommy!" It just cracks me up. He looked so cute coloring with chalk last night. No matter what I did though he wouldn't look at me. So, here are cute pictures of Mr. "no cheese" anyway!

Walking in Shelburne

We went on a looong walk in Shelburne to find our second geocache. It was such a beautiful walk - look how high up we made it!!

We were all so excited to get to go to the fair with the Nye's this year. The kids were adorable together and we all had such a fun time.

Nathan's bday

The WHOLE first day

Anna loved her first full day of school. She liked being able to, "talk, talk, talk" at lunch and she likes her teacher. Her biggest disappointment was that her teacher didn't teach her how to read on the first day! I guess we DID tell her she would learn to read...never realized we had to tell her it would take more than a day!

Anna got to go to school for one hour on the first day...and I got to take her!

July 3rd at the Sandbar

What a nice day at the Sandbar. The water was perfect and Oliver loved digging for hours.

Happy 4th!

Just because the kids aren't old enough for sparklers didn't mean mommy and daddy couldn't have fun (after they were in bed!) We had seen this trick online and HAD to try it out...pretty darn cool!

Mother's Day at Montessori

Yup, the post is out of order and overdue...
I was so happy to get to go to tea at Anna's school for mother's day. Anna served me and kept me company during tea. It was precious. I will never, ever forget it.

The granite quarry

Another adventure...this time to the quarry in Barre. Anna was so proud of the piece she made and Oliver liked the heavy equipment.

We didn't plan it...we bought one in the store and one on ebay later...but we ended up getting Oliver and Daddy the same shirt (OK, different size and color...but still!!)

Oliver loves brushing his teeth...he's so darn cute about it, running in shouting, "teeth, teeth!" I love it and had to capture it. He got a kick out of me taking pictures so I snapped one of us to show him...he thought it was so funny!

A wonderful sister

Anna was so good - she helped get ready for her brother's party, she helped afterward and she was a wonderful hostess. We were so proud of her. And when did SHE get so grown-up?? Man...I am feeling old these days!
